What payment methods do you accept? 

Payments are processed securely through Paypal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay with a major debit card or credit card such as Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Your credit card number is never transmitted to us and is not stored on our servers. When you place your order, you will be taken to PayPal's login screen. You can then decide whether to sign in to your PayPal account or to pay with a debit or credit card without signing in or creating an account. Either way, your payment information is secure.

Do you charge sales tax, VAT or customs fees? 

No, we do not collect any taxes or customs fees. Most countries do not collect these payments on our shipments. If a duty or custom fee is levied, it is the customer's responsibility to pay it.

Do you ship to my country? What about the currency exchange? 

We ship to almost every country around the world. Payments are processed through PayPal, which accepts about two dozen currencies and automatically completes any needed conversion. Pricing at iCarryAlls.com is shown in U.S. dollars.

I made a mistake. Can I change my order? 

Orders are processed quickly to provide customers with the fastest possible turnaround time. In most cases, this means that we won't be able to change or cancel your order once it's been placed. If you do discover a mistake in your order, please send an email right away to support@iCarryAlls.com. We'll do everything we can to assist you.


How much is shipping? 

Shipping costs are based on the product's size and weight and the quantity ordered. To see the shipping charge for a specific case, add the case or bag to your cart and proceed to the checkout screen. Enter the city, state and ZIP code for the shipping address. Scroll down to the Shipping Method box and click to refresh the rates. The per-item shipping cost is usually discounted for orders with multiple cases.

When will my order ship and how long will it take to arrive? 

Most orders are shipped within two business days. Orders are shipped via DHL Express or UPS Express with three-day service. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, except major holidays. Please allow one to two weeks for processing of custom orders, including personalized cases, left-hand cases and products with design changes.

Is a signature required for delivery? 

Yes, the driver will collect a signature. If no one will be home to accept delivery, you may wish to have the package shipped to your business address.

Where is my order? 

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please fill out our online contact form if it has been more than a week since your payment was processed and you have not received a shipping confirmation or if your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it.


What are the cases and bags made of? 

Most of our products are crafted of genuine leather. A few of our newer items incorporate horsehair and other trim materials. Surfaces that will come into contact with your electronic devices are generally leather or a soft lining. Some pockets are lined with a flat synthetic material.

I want a leather case for my device, but it isn't an iPad or a MacBook. Can you help? 

Yes. We offer cases specially designed for the iPad, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro, Ultrabooks, Kindle Fire and Galaxy Tab. Some of our case styles have large pockets that could accommodate other Android tablets and e-readers. We also provide comprehensive design services to create a case that's totally customized for your needs. Personalization & Customization 

 I've been looking everywhere for a left-hand padfolio case. Please tell me you make one. Standard portfolios and padfolios can be uncomfortable and awkward for lefties to use. Most of our cases are available in a left-hand design that flip-flops the location of the notepad holder and the organizer panel. I really like one particular gadget case, but I wish I could change it to have a {shoulder strap, handle, extra pocket, etc.}. Is this possible? What about different colors? 

Our manufacturing process allows us to create individually customized cases. We are happy to modify our existing product designs to meet your needs or to help you build a whole new case from scratch. It's no problem to add shoulder straps, handles, extra pockets and other organizational tools. Additional color options are also available. I have an idea for a totally custom design. Can you make it for me?

I really want my name on the case or bag. Can you help me with this?  

We are happy to emboss/deboss your case with your name, initials or company logo for a small added charge.

Can I return or exchange a personalized product? 

Personalized cases cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective.

Corporate We're thinking about ordering cases or bags for company personnel or corporate gifts. Is a discount available for large orders? Please complete our online contact form to receive special pricing information for orders of 10 or more cases. If possible, please include the model number or a link to the case style that you are interested in purchasing.

Can we have the cases marked with our company logo? 

Yes. Adding your company name or logo to a leather folio is a great way to impress your clients and show your employees how much you value their hard work.

Returns I want to return my case or bag. What should I do?

How can I exchange my case or bag for a different one? Details about our return policy are available here.

Resale I want to sell your leather iPad cases in my shop or on my website. Are they available for wholesale? Thank you for your interest. At this time, we are no longer accepting retail partners.
