Many times, we can answer a question or resolve a complaint to the customer's satisfaction without going through the return process. If you are concerned that your new leather case or bag is damaged or defective, please contact us for assistance before returning it. If the product isn't what you expected, we'd like to know so that we can improve our website descriptions and our product designs.

Before sending in a return, please follow the instructions on the invoice and complete the simple online refund request form.

  • To qualify for a refund, returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • We refund shipping costs only if the item is defective or damaged. For other returns and exchanges, the original shipping costs are deducted from the amount of the refund.
  • Unless the item is defective, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • At this time, all refunds are paid through Paypal.
  • In most cases, refunds are processed with three to five business days from the date the returned item is received.
  • If you return part of your order, the refund will reflect only the returned item.
  • Customized and personalized cases and bags are not eligible for return unless the item is defective.
